Like any other country in the world, Macedonia also belongs to the prehistoric time of film, owing to the fact that the first public film screening was performed at the end of this year, on December 28th. At that time, in our country certain technical inventions were already in use. First of all the photograph, and later also illusionary performances were practiced. The synthesis of both created the medium of living pictures. The first cameramen in the world, and in our country too, were photographers. They were familiar with the technology of taking pictures and developing, but they also knew the art of framing.
