Boško Grujoski has been part of the Cinematheque team for more than 15 years, and has already held the director position previously, in the period 2016 and 2017. He comes to the managerial position from the Department for Research, Publishing, Library, International and Public Activities and Film Program of the Cinematheque.

During the period when Grujoski was the active director of the Film Archive, among other things, digital restorations of the feature films of director Branko Gapo were carried out, then the international project European Film Gateway was implemented in cooperation with the European Association of Film Archives, and the last two documentary films from the series “Witnesses” were completed as a result of the scientific research project jointly implemented with the Institute of National History and MRTV.
