(Skopje, 1938 – 1995) He is a painter, animator and director. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade and specialized in animation in Zagreb. From 1963 to 1968 he realized numerous animated broadcasts for children for Skopje Television. He was the author of the first Macedonian animated film “Embryo No M”. In his animations he used complex techniques of performance while in some films he combined animated and documentary sequences. He also drew cartoons. He was honoured with awards at the festivals in Belgrade, Oberhausen, Berlin, Annesi and New York. He is one of the leading representatives of the Macedonian contemporary animation.
