Janevski Jordan

(Skopje, 29.1.1933 – Skopje, 1999) He is a film worker – sound recordist. He completed primary and secondary technical education in Skopje. In 1950 he began to work at “Vardar Film” where he stayed until his retirement in 1991. He acquired the neceassary training for his profession as a recordist through his work in the films produced by the Macedonian cinematography, while at the “Belgrade ’92” Yugoslav Documentary and Short Film Festival as a confirmation for his qualities he was awarded the “Golden Medal of Belgrade” for the dubbing of the film “Fire Brigade”. His filmography (127 units) would have been richer if his engagement as assistant recordist at the beginning of Macedonian film production as well as his activities outside “Vardar Film” had been considered.
