(Skopje, 16.4.1920 – Skopje, 2005) He is a film editor. Upon the completion of his secondary education he went to Novi Sad for specialization in trade and decorative skills. In November 1947 he started working in the propaganda sector of “Vardar Film”. Showing a great interest in film editing, in 1948 he was transferred to the department for editing where he was trained for this profession. The same year he began his rich career as a film editor of the documentary films of above all Kocho Nedkov. After 37-years work as a film editor and 160 films for a large number of authors and numerous production institutions, in 1985 Pankov retired, but he did not stop working. He was awarded many prizes and much recognition among which are the “Belgrade Golden Medal” at the Yugoslav Documentary and Short Film Festival (1982) for the best assemblage in the film “BOPS”.
